  1. What will happen to my contribution?
  • It will be indexed and stored at the Derbyshire County Council Records Office in Matlock where it will be available to the public.
  • It will be part of a travelling exhibition.
  • It may appear on the Home for Good and Derbyshire Law Centre’s websites, and in publicity material for the Home for Good project and Derbyshire Law Centre
  • It may appear in Home for Good and Derbyshire Law Centre social media communications.
  • The Heritage Lottery Fund may use it.
  • Other bodies may make use of it once it is publicly available.
  1. What about copyright?
  • We will discuss this with you, and ask you to sign an agreement. See separate information about the copyright agreement, and the agreement itself.
  1. What if I want to restrict use or change restrictions?
  • Talk to us – we can discuss the most suitable arrangement.
  1. What if I want to delete or change something I’ve contributed?
  • Talk to us – there are a variety of options which we can go through with you.
  1. Will I have a copy?
  • All contributors will be given a copy of their own recording on CD or DVD. We may be able to make further copies for you.  If you would like a copy of the transcript, let us know.
